Community leadership – Building communities that respond to God’s call
The course is intended for individuals who serve in leadership roles or hold administrative positions within the church, such as: council members, elders (women and men), treasurers, group coordinators, ministers, deacons and deaconesses, secretaries, managers of diaconal organizations, students, and other individuals interested in the topic.
Module 1: Spirituality and Sustainability
Module 2: Exercising sustainable leadership
Module 3: Christian stewardship and community management
Module 4: Building Sustainable Communities
The course aims to equip leaders so that they may give concrete form to God’s calling, contributing to the development of responsible churches that are prepared to carry forward Christian stewardship in harmony with the mission of God (Missio Dei).
The course has a total workload of 40 hours, distributed over 6 weeks.
